Return and Refund Policy


At Mymecano, we confidently provide a 100% refund if we make a mistake on your order. For cancelled or returned products, there is a 20% restocking fee. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition it was received, in the original packaging and resalable. You have 30 days from receipt to report discrepancies or damages, which must include pictures sent to us.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Thereafter, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-6 business days.


Order Preparation is 1 to 2 days and when is ready we will send your tracking number by email and will take 3 to 6 days for shipping.

Please note these are an estimate time and is not guaranteed. 


There is 6 months warranty for parts based on normal usage.

There is No reimbursements for the delay, labor, mileage, installation. Warranty does not cover parts installed for an incorrect application. Warranty and shipping damage-related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video of damaged goods – do not dispose of parts until instructed. Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of the current warranty claim and forfeit of future warranty.
